If a new or secondhand books is placed as a special order, we expect the customer to honour the purchase, otherwise we may not be able to sell specific titles.
If a customer wishes to return their purchase they must have the receipt and the item must be in peerfect condition. No credit will be given but customers can exchange it for another item.
There is no exchange on discounted items.
There is no return or exchange on DVD's or CD's unless damaged and with receipt. Item must be returned within 2 days.
